The massages warm up, stimulate blood flow, relieve body pain and relax .Balinese massage focuses on legs, back, neck, feet and hands using the elements of reflexology. The therapist keeps pressure on spots that are responsible for the function of the selected organs. This kind of stimulation also improves blood flow together with the oxygenation of the cells and the flow of nutrients. To ensure that the massage brings relief and warms up the body, the Balinese therapist  gently pushes his or her body against the muscles of the person being massaged.
