Thai (Moderate Stretching )

Traditional Thai massage combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures, but with no use of oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during treatment. There is constant body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked.

It is a deeply relaxing, tension-relieving practice of mindful movement that helps increase an individual's range of motion and encourages flexibility through its unique blend of assisted stretching, yoga, breathwork, and massage.
